Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations support, or service delivery roles.
- Proficiency with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with both end-users and business clients.
- Experience supporting B2B services or workplace programs is preferred.
- Experience in food service, logistics, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support tickets via Zendesk or other support platforms.
- Assist office managers or program administrators with operational and bulk meal order questions.
- Support Smart Fridge end-users with app access, QR scanning, and payment transactions.
- Investigate and document incidents related to delivery, food quality, or system errors.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to logistics, operations, or tech teams.
- Track recurring ticket themes to provide feedback for product and service improvements.
- Maintain internal support documentation and knowledge base content.
