Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience, ideally in a high-velocity or transactional environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through inbound and self-generated pipeline.
- Startup mentality with experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to initiate new business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and standard sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution.
- Drive pipeline creation through proactive outbound efforts including calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Execute high-velocity sales motions by managing multiple deals and daily demos simultaneously.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that articulate value and address customer pain points.
- Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize conversion and team playbooks.
- Maintain operational discipline by tracking activities, pipeline, and forecasting in HubSpot.
