Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience in a SaaS/Startup environment
  • Proven experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or HR-tech
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment
  • Legal background, understanding of M&A, corporate law, or accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers navigating business closures
  • Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on company solutions
  • Manage deal progression, including follow-ups, next steps, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
  • Gather and report customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product development
