Requirements
- 2-4+ years of sales experience in a SaaS/Startup environment
- Proven experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or HR-tech
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment
- Legal background, understanding of M&A, corporate law, or accounting experience preferred
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers navigating business closures
- Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics
- Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on company solutions
- Manage deal progression, including follow-ups, next steps, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
- Gather and report customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product development
