Engineering at SimpleClosure

You will build the platform that automates regulatory paperwork, legal filings, and compliance for business shutdowns. We craft custom shutdown plans using AI agents, tailored to each company's unique structure. Our technology stack includes Cloudflare for CDN and hosting, alongside Google Font API, DNSSEC, reCAPTCHA, and Snowplow for analytics. We are pioneering solutions in legal tech, transforming a historically manual process with intelligent automation and efficiency.
