Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential property owners and qualify them for suitability.
  • Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Engage property owners in discovery calls to understand needs and goals.
  • Articulate the value of the PadSplit model, including revenue potential and impact.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to onboard new hosts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain detailed records and track metrics in CRM systems.
  • Organize educational sessions and webinars for potential hosts.
