Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential property owners and qualify them for suitability.
- Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Engage property owners in discovery calls to understand needs and goals.
- Articulate the value of the PadSplit model, including revenue potential and impact.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to onboard new hosts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain detailed records and track metrics in CRM systems.
- Organize educational sessions and webinars for potential hosts.
