Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience selling enterprise supply chain software solutions to Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong hunter capabilities for capturing new business with assigned prospect accounts.
  • Expertise in account management for expanding market share within existing accounts.
  • Experience developing key coach and executive sponsor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles across supply chain segments like logistics, planning, and operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more of the time.
  • Proficiency in business development and CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Knowledge of supply chain business processes, including inbound, outbound, and facility operations.
  • Desire for familiarity with Global Execution-focused Control Towers and Agentic Workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Increase ARR for existing accounts while securing new customer revenue.
  • Develop trusted partnerships across various divisions and levels within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate account strategies, including action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder mapping to align FourKites solutions with enterprise supply chain targets.
  • Engage with Value Delivery teams to map customer SOPs and demonstrate solution value.
  • Work with internal teams like Services and Product to coordinate pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Leverage SDR personnel to complement outreach efforts for assigned targets.
  • Update Salesforce weekly with deal specifics and account strategies.
