Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing large deals ($500K+ ACV).
- Direct experience selling into the ABA, behavioral health, or IDD services market.
- Proven ability to engage and close at the C-suite and ownership/PE level.
- Hunter mentality with a history of building pipeline from zero.
- Strong command of consultative and value-based selling methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- High business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational drivers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales engagement tools like Outreach or Gong.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a robust book of large-account targets including multi-location ABA provider groups and PE-backed platforms.
- Develop account maps, identify key stakeholders, and execute multi-threaded outreach strategies.
- Lead C-suite and PE-level conversations articulating ROI and strategic platform value.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and map them to solutions.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Clinical Solutions Consultants to build compelling demonstrations.
- Negotiate enterprise agreements, pricing, and contract terms with Legal and Finance.
- Represent CentralReach at key industry conferences, PE health care summits, and ABA trade events.
