Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 senior leadership.
- Experience selling into Education entities with knowledge of purchasing cooperatives and tax exemption requirements.
- Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles.
- Expert use of G-Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems.
- Experience owning customer facing communication including leading in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings.
- Demonstrated success identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of Strategic customer accounts.
- Ability to travel 25% of the year including Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute an Account Plan to acquire net new orderers, locations, and product adoption.
- Manage account relationships end-to-end to drive full adoption and utilization of ezCater solutions.
- Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption.
- Advise customers on best practices to accelerate spend adoption.
- Automate service needs while working with Product and Technical teams to develop adoption-focused solutions.
- Relay market requirements back to internal teams including Product and Category Management.
- Represent ezCater at industry conferences, tradeshows, and customer events.
