Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with hotels.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of successful cold calling.
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Data fluency and detail-oriented approach to pipeline management.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with strong ownership.
Responsibilities
- Execute high outbound activity with 40+ cold calls per day to qualified properties.
- Manage a book of named accounts by tiering and identifying key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel stakeholders through discovery and feature-benefit matching.
- Promote and sell the Engine PartnerHub platform and hotel optimization tools.
- Collaborate with internal Relationship Management, Product, and Account Management teams.
- Maintain data cleanliness in CRM tools to streamline sales pipeline.
