Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with hotels.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of successful cold calling.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Data fluency and detail-oriented approach to pipeline management.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high outbound activity with 40+ cold calls per day to qualified properties.
  • Manage a book of named accounts by tiering and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel stakeholders through discovery and feature-benefit matching.
  • Promote and sell the Engine PartnerHub platform and hotel optimization tools.
  • Collaborate with internal Relationship Management, Product, and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain data cleanliness in CRM tools to streamline sales pipeline.
