Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant customer facing experience at a SaaS/Software Company.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing policies.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application (nice to have).
  • Experience with Gainsight (nice to have).
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.
  • Ensure all renewals occur on time to meet OTRR (On Time Renewal Rate) and revenue retention targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies.
  • Identify and escalate risk within customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales teams to drive renewal closure.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Maximize account growth through up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons.
