Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant customer facing experience at a SaaS/Software Company.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Ability to manage strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing policies.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application (nice to have).
- Experience with Gainsight (nice to have).
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.
- Ensure all renewals occur on time to meet OTRR (On Time Renewal Rate) and revenue retention targets.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies.
- Identify and escalate risk within customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales teams to drive renewal closure.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Maximize account growth through up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons.
