  • Proven ability to close high-ticket or subscription-based deals.
  • Strong discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain software value, ROI, and business impact.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of CRM discipline and pipeline organization.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
  • Experience selling to business owners, financial professionals, or advisors.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Experience with demo-based selling and multi-call close processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle sales opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Conduct sales calls, demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects.
  • Sell financial advisor AI software to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Lead discovery calls to identify business needs, pain points, and budget.
  • Present software value, ROI, and business impact to prospects.
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and maintain deal momentum.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product support teams to align sales messaging.
