Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, ideally in agency or consulting services.
  • Proven top performer with a history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • High energy and commanding presence with excellent communication on Zoom.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Must be able to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.
  • Commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled discovery calls to diagnose, qualify, and set Brand Analysis calls.
  • Lead Brand Analysis presentations to discuss growth potential and close deals.
  • Close deals at a 35% or higher rate of total qualified live meetings.
  • Manage sales pipeline through follow-ups and additional calls for strong prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Pipedrive.
  • Submit daily KPI reports.
  • Participate in regular training and call reviews.
