Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, ideally in agency or consulting services.
- Proven top performer with a history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High energy and commanding presence with excellent communication on Zoom.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Must be able to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.
- Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Run scheduled discovery calls to diagnose, qualify, and set Brand Analysis calls.
- Lead Brand Analysis presentations to discuss growth potential and close deals.
- Close deals at a 35% or higher rate of total qualified live meetings.
- Manage sales pipeline through follow-ups and additional calls for strong prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Pipedrive.
- Submit daily KPI reports.
- Participate in regular training and call reviews.
