Requirements

  • 3+ years managing high-ticket sales teams, including both appointment setters and closers
  • Proven personal track record of closing $20K+ offers over the phone
  • Deep background in coaching, consulting, online education, or information products
  • Experience managing teams that sell at multiple price points or product tiers simultaneously
  • CRM fluency, with Go High Level (GHL) experience as a strong plus
  • Ability to drive performance while maintaining high standards and team morale
  • Strong character that resists pressure to oversell in favor of client fit
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role initially, with the ability to scale into full management

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and weekly performance of a team of 4 closers, including call scoring, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
  • Personally close inbound high-ticket leads for the $40K coaching program while the team grows
  • Build and own KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes inside Go High Level (GHL)
  • Create or refine sales scripts, objection handles, and follow-up sequences for high-ticket and mid-ticket products
  • Identify structural gaps and recommend solutions to improve sales operations
  • Bridge sales and marketing departments with structured feedback on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction
