Requirements
- 2 years of previous experience in high ticket sales or consultative sales process
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Extensive experience in phone/zoom sales
- Extremely coachable and disciplined
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Responsibilities
- Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.
- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process.
- Engage in deep question led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach.
- Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via zoom.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
- Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture.
