Requirements
- Direct long-term fleet management sales experience (2-5 year lease contracts).
- Exceptional use and management of CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong networking and sales lead development capabilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for 'C' level executives.
- Working knowledge of business information technology software.
- Ability to interpret financial statements to assess client credit worthiness.
- Knowledge of leasing contracts and deal structures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of five years of sales experience preferred in fleet leasing and management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders and decision makers using strategic thinking to solve customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to secure new prospects and clients.
- Focus on hunting new lines of business.
- Probe for unfulfilled prospect needs and present solutions based on the company's value proposition.
- Perform networking and sales lead development.
- Influence and negotiate client agreements.
- Collaborate and coordinate company resources to meet client needs.
