Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Manage the lifecycle of supplier agreements, including contract administration and ongoing supplier relationship management.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and spend categories.
Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and business value.
Lead and support competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, commercial terms, and total cost of ownership.
Support and lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, service levels, payment terms, delivery requirements, and contractual agreements.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support sourcing and contracting initiatives.
Track sourcing initiatives, supplier performance metrics, contract compliance, and savings outcomes.
