Requirements

  • Proven experience and measurable success in automotive BDC, automotive sales, or a high-volume remote sales role.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional telephone communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and confirm high volumes of appointments and meet performance quotas.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software for logging leads, notes, and tracking.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet (at least 40MBPS).
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher, plus a backup computer.
  • Headset with an extended noise-canceling mic and a webcam.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming internet leads and sales calls within a 5-minute response window.
  • Qualify customer intent, timeline, trade details, and vehicle interest.
  • Explain vehicle trim levels, features, and benefits to build credibility.
  • Convert online inquiries into confirmed, in-person appointments using phone, text, and email.
  • Handle sales objections and pivot conversations back to booking a visit.
  • Log all interactions, notes, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance quotas.
