Requirements

  • Shopify experience: Comfortable navigating and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • E-commerce background: Prior experience in D2C, consumer goods, or fast-paced online retail.
  • Professional setup: Requires clean background, good camera, good microphone, and strong wifi.
  • Familiarity with pick/pack/ship workflows or replacement processes is a plus.
  • Experience with upsell techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, refunds, and product exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and update order statuses to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Solve problems creatively to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Track recurring product issues and customer complaints to identify patterns.
  • Report trends and actionable insights to the team to improve products and processes.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs.
  • Perform weekly data cleanup to ensure records are current and accurate.
