- Proven track record of closing net new business.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Strong experience in self-sourced outbound sales.
- Capacity to sell to firm owners and managing partners.
- Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for conferences and client meetings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with plaintiffs law firms in your territory.
- Build and own your pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospects and create deals.
- Run discovery that uncovers real pain.
- Deliver demos that showcase measurable ROI and business outcomes.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with firm owners, managing partners, COOs, and IT leadership.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets.
