Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, partner success, onboarding, or partnership operations within a PSP, acquirer, payment gateway, or payment infrastructure company.
  • Previous leadership experience within partnerships, account management, operations, or payment infrastructure teams.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, including approval rates, acquiring flows, settlements, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience managing merchant accounts and PSP relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve escalations.
  • Confident Excel skills; experience with BI or operational analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Russian and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate two operational teams within the partnerships function to ensure ownership, accountability, and process improvement.
  • Drive the onboarding of PSP companies onto processing channels from first contact to live transactions.
  • Build, maintain, and scale integrations with new and existing partners.
  • Own and oversee a portfolio of merchant accounts, monitoring performance and resolving risks.
  • Manage the partner risk register, compliance, and operational risks.
  • Oversee merchant account infrastructure, including transaction activity, status, and history.
  • Review and negotiate commercial terms including processing rates, settlements, and reserves.
  • Resolve settlement delays, operational escalations, and debt-related issues.
