Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI/Fabric, including semantic models and DAX measure development.
- Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling expertise.
- Experience with law firm financial systems (e.g., Elite, Aderant).
- Proven experience delivering financial reporting solutions for professional services firms.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI security concepts.
- Strong sense of report design, visual aesthetics, and usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or relevant experience.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Business Intelligence Developers.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Perform hands-on BI project work including report development, dashboard creation, and DAX measure development.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design reporting solutions for law firm financial metrics such as revenue, profitability, and realization.
- Provide technical guidance on BI tools including Power BI, Fabric, SQL, and data lakes.
- Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives within the BI function.
