Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership, management, or team lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with modern BI and analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Mode.
- Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, metric definitions, dashboard design, and data governance.
- Experience partnering with data engineering teams to validate datasets and ensure reporting reliability.
- Familiarity with Git (version control) and CI/CD practices for analytics workflows.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted analytics tools or natural language BI capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, analytics professionals, and BI developers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the BI and analytics roadmap.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business performance reporting.
- Facilitate self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards, datasets, and documentation.
- Evaluate, implement, and promote AI-assisted analytics tools to improve speed and quality of insights.
- Partner with Data Engineering and business teams to ensure reporting datasets are reliable and well-governed.
