Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics.
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
  • Deep understanding of GTM funnels, sales processes, and expansion drivers.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools and GTM automation platforms.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Data teams.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Builder mindset with a high bias for action.
  • Experience operating in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate GTM processes and rhythms to drive predictable bookings, retention, and expansion.
  • Improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage velocity through data-driven insights.
  • Unify revenue data models and maintain consistent KPI definitions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and analysis for ARR, NRR, and churn performance.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack, CRM, and automation workflows to improve team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
