Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics.
- Direct experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels, sales processes, and expansion drivers.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and GTM automation platforms.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Data teams.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Builder mindset with a high bias for action.
- Experience operating in a scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate GTM processes and rhythms to drive predictable bookings, retention, and expansion.
- Improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage velocity through data-driven insights.
- Unify revenue data models and maintain consistent KPI definitions across the customer lifecycle.
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards and analysis for ARR, NRR, and churn performance.
- Own the RevOps tech stack, CRM, and automation workflows to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
