Responsibilities
- Own the intake, scoping, and documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the business.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and partner with technical resources to deliver solutions.
- Lead the execution of mid-sized projects, such as enhancements, process improvements, and new workflows, from concept through deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned initiatives, driving alignment and managing expectations.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and proactively recommend improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.
- Support prioritization efforts by helping assess scope, impact, and level of effort across requests.
