Requirements
- Masters or doctorate-prepared NP.
- Active RN/APRN licensure in good standing.
- Board-certified as a PMHNP.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health, or related fields.
- Experience in curriculum development for graduate level nursing coursework or nursing education.
- Familiarity with accreditation requirements for PMHNP programs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfort using collaborative software such as Google Docs.
- Ability to work with remote and distributed teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and reach goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify curricular topics requiring practice test question banks or supplemental lessons.
- Develop board-review and refresher content for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians.
- Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of digital, print, and multimedia learning materials.
- Review author-submitted PMHNP content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with evidence-based research and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical content.
- Oversee multiple content development projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Track project progress and report on developments.
- Maintain content accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for learners.
