Requirements
- School or system-level leadership experience.
- Background in K-12 teaching.
- Expert-level knowledge of implementation, continuous improvement, and sustained change management.
- Deep understanding of implementation science.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences to build capacity in others.
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, coordination, and driving projects to completion.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience working at an organization that supports schools to implement innovative models is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Notion is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep expertise in Later Stage school design work and stay current on implementation and school transformation research.
- Maintain active touchpoints with projects to ensure centralized guidance remains grounded in field reality.
- Own the Later Stage product roadmap and maintain an organized hub of tools for Design Partners.
- Develop and refine practical guidance, tools, and resources that align with organizational frameworks.
- Support Managing Partners, Project Leads, and Design Partners through launch support and ongoing touchpoints.
- Lead project teams and facilitate decision-making processes across portfolio and program leadership.
