- Serve as project manager on select projects and lead design engineer on others.
- Prepare planning and design documents and process design calculations.
- Develop and maintain team and client standards.
- Lead quality assurance/quality control and act as an advisor on complex projects.
- Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, clients, and consultants.
- Travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.
