Requirements
- Have a minimum of eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
- Bring strong communication skills.
- Be able to contribute and work well on a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area is preferred.
- Be able to travel for in-office activities, client visits, and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a key client account within the team or across multiple teams as the main point of contact.
- Work closely with project managers to lead project execution plans.
- Develop an understanding of the client’s business and industry to present growth strategies and identify opportunities.
- Cross-sell services and execute growth plans for targeted clients.
- Create client-specific communication plans and provide regular project status updates and reports.
- Lead efforts with team or group leaders to secure repeat client work through exceptional client service.
- Manage client expectations, negotiate outcomes, and coordinate with internal leaders to address client concerns or conflicts.
