Requirements
- Direct experience in K-12 schools as a teacher or in a similar school-based role.
- Experience in operations, coordination, or a chief-of-staff type role.
- Track record of building systems, managing multiple workstreams, and supporting a senior leader or team.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize ruthlessly and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information for senior leaders.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience working on or alongside a program or product team (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Notion (strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting schools through change processes as a coach (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Managing Partner to hold the full picture of team strategy and facilitate quarterly planning.
- Track and communicate progress toward team goals using internal documentation and presentations.
- Coordinate and align JST systems with partner teams including Usable Knowledge and Business Development.
- Manage the central build list and product roadmap, ensuring coherence across design journey areas.
- Design and maintain feedback loops to evaluate how materials perform in the field.
- Manage the Methods Library in Notion to ensure content is current, accessible, and integrated.
- Steward team infrastructure, including budget management and planning for team retreats.
