- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills to drive process improvements and operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience working with revenue systems, process optimization, and operational scaling in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake, scoping, documentation, and prioritization of Revenue Operations and Salesforce-related requests.
- Translate business needs into structured technical and functional requirements for engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects.
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and alignment throughout project execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps to recommend scalable automation improvements.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and governance across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Support roadmap planning by assessing scope and impact of incoming requests.
