  • Strong analytical skills to drive process improvements and operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners.
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience working with revenue systems, process optimization, and operational scaling in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake, scoping, documentation, and prioritization of Revenue Operations and Salesforce-related requests.
  • Translate business needs into structured technical and functional requirements for engineering teams.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and alignment throughout project execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps to recommend scalable automation improvements.
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity and governance across Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Support roadmap planning by assessing scope and impact of incoming requests.
