Requirements
- Experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Supabase.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience using Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and modern development workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
- Experience communicating directly with customers is highly preferred.
- Experience building or maintaining software independently is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase application architecture.
- Investigate and reproduce bugs reported by customers.
- Utilize Cursor or AI-assisted tools to inspect code and identify root causes.
- Develop and deploy TypeScript fixes across frontend and backend systems.
- Draft clear, customer-friendly communications regarding technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to prioritize urgent releases.
- Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge bases, and support runbooks.
