Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in OOP and experience with Java/Spring.
- Hands-on experience designing AWS-based systems.
- Proficiency in building microservices with REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with non-relational databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and modern frontend frameworks like Angular.
- Proven collaboration skills in cross-functional agile teams.
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with financial or billing-related systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable, clean, and secure services for the Affiliate Marketing platform.
- Take ownership of applications across the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to operation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and technical risks to shape technical direction.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure service reliability.
- Facilitate agile team ceremonies and workshops.
