Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java or Golang backend development.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservice-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience building horizontally scalable components.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using platforms like Redis, Kafka, NATS, or Apache Flink.
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing methodologies.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or Elastic Stack.
- Experience operating in Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable.
- Willingness to code and learn in Java, Golang, and Python.
- Fluent in English with the ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
