Job Details

8+ years of experience in creative, brand design, art direction, or creative services in technical or B2B markets.
Portfolio of work samples demonstrating range in brand, campaign, web, social, video, and product design.
Advanced daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and AI-assisted design/video platforms (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Sora).
Proficiency in creative coding and prototyping tools such as Cursor, v0 by Vercel, or Figma Make.
Demonstrated ability to turn brand guidelines into reusable systems (templates, kits, prompts).
Experience hiring and managing a freelance or contractor creative bench.
Hands-on motion and video production skills using Premiere, After Effects, or Descript.
Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to produce icons, diagrams, and in-product visual assets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high-ownership, fast-moving work style.

Set the creative bar across brand, web, campaigns, events, social, video, and sales materials through hands-on production.
Translate complex concepts in AI, edge computing, and national security into clear visual systems.
Partner with marketing teams to build modular campaign systems, landing pages, and sales collateral.
Develop AI-native creative infrastructure, including reusable prompts, brand kits, and machine-readable playbooks.
Build and manage a flexible bench of freelance designers, motion graphics, and video specialists.
Collaborate with Product Design to support in-product visuals, icons, and diagrams.
Manage creative operations from intake and prioritization to review rituals and quality assurance.
