Job Details

7+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design with a portfolio spanning brand campaigns, identity, and digital creative.
Professional experience at a consumer brand in outdoor, apparel, activewear, lifestyle, or adjacent categories.
Proven ability to concept and lead campaigns from brief through final delivery.
Experience art directing lifestyle photo and video productions on-location.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Experience with evolving AI creative tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, photography, and design systems.
Confident and compelling communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring designers.
Must be able to work in a stationary position 75% of the work day.
Must be able and willing to travel up to 4–6 weeks per year.

Own and evolve the visual identity across brand guidelines, logo systems, typography, and design standards.
Lead creative concepting for seasonal campaigns and product launches in partnership with the Associate Creative Director.
Art direct lifestyle photo and video productions on-location with photographers, stylists, and athletes.
Execute packaging design and develop brand collateral that reflects the company's quality standards.
Partner with retail and marketing teams to create visual storytelling for new store openings and events.
Develop storyboards and visual treatments for video and motion creative.
Mentor and provide creative direction to internal designers and manage external creative partners.
