Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Management Consulting role.
- Strong understanding of IT and service team personas, operational pain points, and service delivery workflows.
- Experience helping customers evaluate, adopt, or scale AI/ML tools.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into executive storytelling and ROI framing.
- Proven success guiding organizations through complex technological and process transitions.
- Proficiency in delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboard sessions.
- Highly data literate with comfort working with usage data and analytics.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic communication skills for both technical and C-level audiences.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate Time to First Value by leading customer engagements from post-sale through deployment.
- Develop deep understanding of IT and service management workflows to create onboarding paths and success metrics.
- Provide hands-on tactical guidance for environment configuration and migration of legacy data.
- Identify and mitigate technical, process, and adoption risks early in the deployment process.
- Document best practices, configurations, and change management frameworks to build a reusable playbook.
- Drive change management to help customers navigate technological and behavioral shifts.
- Surface customer feedback, objections, and product gaps to Product and Sales leadership.
