Requirements
- 4-5 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (strongly preferred).
- Experience with client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects simultaneously.
- Change management and stakeholder management leadership experience.
- Fluency with MS Office tools.
- Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous improvement via metrics.
- Ability to work effectively within tight delivery timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using in-house software.
- Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executive leadership.
- Create and sustain high-functioning project teams to meet goals on time and within budget.
- Delegate tasks and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
- Assess and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
- Identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding project management functions and system capabilities.
