Requirements

  • 4-5 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Change management and stakeholder management leadership experience.
  • Fluency with MS Office tools.
  • Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous improvement via metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively within tight delivery timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using in-house software.
  • Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executive leadership.
  • Create and sustain high-functioning project teams to meet goals on time and within budget.
  • Delegate tasks and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
  • Identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding project management functions and system capabilities.
