Requirements
- Experience as a sales hunter (new logo/new revenue acquisition).
- Relevant enterprise SaaS experience.
- Knowledge of the martech landscape or web analytics space (advantageous).
- Excellent social skills for customer and internal collaboration.
- Ability to communicate with diverse personas, including engineers, marketers, product managers, and C-level executives.
- Ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
- Strong desire to learn the product and analytics market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to drive new business sales.
- Develop and grow an existing book of business of customer accounts within North America mid-market prospects.
- Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Cultivate new relationships through outbound efforts and collaboration with the SDR team.
- Conduct platform demos and partner with Solutions Engineers to win customers.
- Communicate issues regarding billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for product improvement.
