Requirements

  • Experience as a sales hunter (new logo/new revenue acquisition).
  • Relevant enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Knowledge of the martech landscape or web analytics space (advantageous).
  • Excellent social skills for customer and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personas, including engineers, marketers, product managers, and C-level executives.
  • Ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
  • Strong desire to learn the product and analytics market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to drive new business sales.
  • Develop and grow an existing book of business of customer accounts within North America mid-market prospects.
  • Establish and navigate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Cultivate new relationships through outbound efforts and collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Conduct platform demos and partner with Solutions Engineers to win customers.
  • Communicate issues regarding billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for product improvement.
