Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience.
- Proven track record of closing multiple $50,000+ ACV opportunities.
- Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion.
- Ability to self-source at least 30% of your own pipeline.
- Experience in competitive selling and winning rip-and-replace opportunities.
- Expertise in delivering effective product demos.
- Capability to manage a pipeline of 12 or more active opportunities concurrently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strategic stakeholder management experience.
- Prior experience selling to Talent or HR personas is a plus.
- Prior BDR experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts in the Eastern and Central time zones.
- Execute new logo acquisition strategies while handling expansion and upsell for existing accounts.
- Self-source over 30% of the individual pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
- Deliver product demos to showcase solution value to prospects.
- Maintain high-quality CRM records and manage concurrent active opportunities effectively.
- Engage key stakeholders to facilitate complex technology decision-making processes.
