Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role.
- Demonstrated history of new logo acquisition with Mid-Market accounts.
- Proven success managing 2+ month sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
- Documented history of closing $20K+ ACV deals.
- Consistent quota attainment (100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters).
- Strong outbound prospecting discipline (e.g., 40–60+ daily touchpoints).
- Understanding of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or Miller Heiman.
- Disciplined use of CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong executive communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.
- Ability to reside in and work from Eastern or Central Time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and acquire net-new Mid-Market customers aligned to ideal client profile.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
- Drive consistent new logo bookings through disciplined pipeline management.
- Generate pipeline through structured outbound activity including calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Conduct discovery conversations and deliver customer-specific product demonstrations.
- Manage opportunities through structured methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Accurately maintain pipeline, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.
