Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role.
  • Experience focused on new logo acquisition with mid-market accounts.
  • Proven success managing 2+ month sales cycles.
  • Documented history of closing $20K+ ACV deals.
  • Consistent quota attainment (100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters).
  • Consistent outbound prospecting discipline (e.g., 40–60+ daily touchpoints).
  • Understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously.
  • Must reside in and work from the Eastern or Central US.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and acquire net-new mid-market customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Drive consistent new logo bookings through pipeline management.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound activity including calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and deliver product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage opportunities using sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Maintain pipeline, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advance and close deals.
