Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role.
- Experience focused on new logo acquisition with mid-market accounts.
- Proven success managing 2+ month sales cycles.
- Documented history of closing $20K+ ACV deals.
- Consistent quota attainment (100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters).
- Consistent outbound prospecting discipline (e.g., 40–60+ daily touchpoints).
- Understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously.
- Must reside in and work from the Eastern or Central US.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and acquire net-new mid-market customers.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
- Drive consistent new logo bookings through pipeline management.
- Generate pipeline through outbound activity including calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Conduct discovery conversations and deliver product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
- Manage opportunities using sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Maintain pipeline, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance and close deals.
