Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in recruiting tech, HR tech, ATS, or CRM platforms
- Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams within HCM, HRIS, ATS, or talent platforms strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of employer hiring needs
- Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- BA/BS degree required
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills
- Committed to professionalism, continuous learning, and team success
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-value relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at employer companies
- Lead discovery conversations and conduct virtual or in-person product demos tailored to each employer’s hiring goals
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective employer partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and inform product development
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to improve our go-to-market approach
