Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a mid-market, quota-carrying, or full-cycle closing role.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the automotive repair or automotive services industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and create structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and customer handoff.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy self-sourced pipeline.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across prospective client organizations, identifying decision-makers and building consensus throughout the buying process.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, operational needs, and growth objectives.
- Present compelling value propositions and tailored solutions that address customer pain points and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding teams to support proof-of-concept initiatives and ensure seamless implementation experiences.
- Partner with customer success teams to facilitate smooth transitions and support long-term customer retention.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with internal teams to help improve products, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, roadshows, and networking opportunities.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets, sales objectives, and pipeline development goals.
