Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the U.S. health insurance ecosystem.
- Experience in physical therapy billing preferred.
- Proficiency in WebPT.
- Proficiency in Therabill.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to collaborate with the team to innovate and introduce superior systems.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and systematize patient and insurance company payment logs.
- Submit insurance claims timely and accurately to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to augment the capabilities of WebPT Therabill and other software tools.
- Create and sustain robust systems to oversee payments and ensure no claim remains unsettled.
- Manage secondary insurance claims, patient billing, and visit tracking.
- Refine and automate routine tasks using Google Sheets to support practice expansion.
