Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of OAuth and single sign-on (SAML).
- Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to express and discuss ideas in English (B2-C1 level).
- Flexibility with working hours to participate in meetings with Eastern USA.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end from technical strategy to execution.
- Architect solutions and apply best practices for scalable, AI-powered products.
- Translate business needs into technical decisions, explaining trade-offs and timelines.
- Guide and mentor engineers while ensuring execution quality and fast delivery.
- Connect the dots between product vision, technical feasibility, and business needs.
- Communicate options, trade-offs, costs, and timelines clearly to team and client.
- Solve hard technical problems and coordinate technical challenges with clients.
