- A minimum of five years’ experience is preferred in sales or a related field within the fleet leasing and management industry

Requirements
- Direct long-term fleet management sales experience (2-5 year lease contracts) is mandatory
- Exceptional use and management of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong networking and lead development capabilities
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements to assess client credit worthiness
- Knowledge of leasing contracts, deal structures, and ancillary fleet management services
- Working knowledge of common business IT software and ability to learn proprietary tools
- Minimum five years of experience in sales or a related field in the fleet leasing industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent fleet sales experience preferred
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders and decision makers, using long-term strategic thinking to identify and solve customer pain points with value-added services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships within the region for developing new prospects and clients, with a focus on hunting new lines of business
- Probe for unfulfilled needs of prospects and in turn developing and presenting solutions based upon Merchants value proposition
- Conduct strong networking and sales lead development
- Influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders up to and including 'C' level Executives
- Collaborate to assist in directing and coordinating company resources to meet the needs of clients and prospects
