Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (e.g., DealHub) and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience structuring non-standard deals such as multi-year, ramped, or multi-product contracts.
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and contract execution with Legal and Finance.
- Experience building scalable processes, documentation, SLAs, and operating cadences.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated AI literacy with ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, escalation paths, and exception handling.
- Support Sales and Sales Leadership on deal construction across new business, renewal, expansion, multi-year, and non-standard commercial requests.
- Engage Legal on non-standard terms and coordinate with Finance on revenue recognition, billing, and order form clarity.
- Manage CPQ logic, pricing/packaging execution, and NPI rollout within DealHub.
- Own the operating handoff from approved quote to order, billing, and commissions.
- Run deal operations cadences using KPI packs, defect logs, and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
