Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (e.g., DealHub) and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Experience structuring and reviewing complex, non-standard deals.
  • Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and order processing.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable processes, documentation, and operational cadences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting/analytical tools.
  • AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear guidance and leadership-ready views.

Responsibilities

  • Build the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, and exception handling.
  • Own approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, including required fields, quality checks, and discount rationale.
  • Support Sales on deal construction across new business, renewals, expansions, and multi-year requests.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract language, revenue recognition, and billing terms.
  • Maintain pre-signature checks to ensure deal quality and reduce downstream defects.
  • Run deal operations cadences with KPI tracking, defect logs, and root-cause analysis.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI use cases to reduce cycle time and improve process efficiency.
