Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (e.g., DealHub) and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience structuring and reviewing complex, non-standard deals.
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and order processing.
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes, documentation, and operational cadences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting/analytical tools.
- AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear guidance and leadership-ready views.
Responsibilities
- Build the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, and exception handling.
- Own approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, including required fields, quality checks, and discount rationale.
- Support Sales on deal construction across new business, renewals, expansions, and multi-year requests.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract language, revenue recognition, and billing terms.
- Maintain pre-signature checks to ensure deal quality and reduce downstream defects.
- Run deal operations cadences with KPI tracking, defect logs, and root-cause analysis.
- Identify and implement automation and AI use cases to reduce cycle time and improve process efficiency.
