Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on Salesforce ownership experience with building logic and automations.
  • Experience managing configurations and automations, including flows, process builder, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Proven ability to act as a self-sufficient systems troubleshooter.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve integration issues by reading API logs.
  • Fluent in B2B GTM data models, lifecycle, opportunity management, territory logic, and renewal workflows.
  • SQL-literate with the ability to write and interpret queries for analysis and debugging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Take senior ownership of Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack, leading complex configuration, automation builds, and integrations.
  • Manage integrations for tools including Gong, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.
  • Design intelligent workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or Claude to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
  • Define and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure accurate and reliable GTM data.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to translate commercial requirements into scalable automations, routing rules, and workflows.
  • Deliver forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analytics for leadership and Finance.
