Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
  • Strong experience managing multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Familiarity with medical communications or healthcare-related project environments
  • Exposure to MLR processes or regulated industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple concurrent medical communication programs
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring clear documentation of actions, decisions, and next steps
  • Support medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission processes and ensure compliance with review requirements
  • Track project budgets, invoices, and financial documentation in collaboration with finance teams
  • Facilitate communication between scientific, creative, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support vendor coordination and logistics for meetings, events, and program deliverables
  • Independently manage smaller-scale projects while contributing to larger program initiatives
